Definitely. You can select “Pickup” at checkout and collect your order from our Palmerston North workshop once it’s ready. We’ll email or call you when your order is available for collection.
Certain products, like bull bars, canopies, and MAX-SAFE safety systems, require vehicle-specific fitment, so prices can vary. For these items, you can simply request a quote through our website. Our team will review your enquiry, confirm compatibility for your vehicle, and send you a tailored quote with fitting details.

We accept all major credit and debit cards, bank transfer, Afterpay, and Google Pay. All transactions are processed through our secure checkout system, so your details stay protected.
Shipping & Delivery
Most orders arrive within 3-5 working days. If your order is expected to take longer, we’ll give you a call and let you know.
We deliver New Zealand-wide
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location and the size or weight of your order. You’ll see the total before confirming your purchase.

Currently, we ship within New Zealand only. If you’re based overseas and are interested in a specific product, get in touch – we may be able to help arrange a solution.
Yes – if an item is listed as available on backorder, it means you can purchase it now and we’ll ship it as soon as new stock arrives. Backorder timeframes vary depending on the supplier, but we’ll keep you updated and let you know as soon as your item is ready to go.
Returns & Warranty
If you’ve ordered the wrong part or changed your mind, please get in touch within 7 days of receiving your order. We’ll confirm if the item is eligible for return and provide instructions. Returned items must be unused, in original packaging, and in resellable condition.
If the return is due to an error on our part or a faulty product, we’ll cover the cost. Otherwise, return shipping is the customer’s responsibility.
Let us know as soon as possible – ideally within 48 hours of delivery – and include photos if you can. We’ll work quickly to resolve the issue with a replacement, refund, or repair.
Yes – most of our parts and products come with a manufacturer’s warranty. Warranty periods vary depending on the brand and product type.
